Saturday 18 July. An Argentine asado masterclass and banquet led by pitmaster Matias Casotto, known as Banquet1415. Participants will be guided through the traditional techniques, rituals, and flavours of a true asado. This included fire management, meat preparation, carving, and learning about the cultural significance of the meal.
