Low and slow BBQ involves smoking meats at low temperatures over an extended period, requiring temperature control and patience. This class covers low and slow techniques, meat selection and smoking. This class is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who’ve dabbled in BBQ already but are keen to up their game.
