Butter chicken is the best! So indulgent, you deserve it.

Mild in heat, large in flavour – Tubby Tom’s roasted, toasted and smoked spices make this a super delicious rub for either BBQ meats, marinades or for flavouring your curry!!!!

To rub:

Oil up then dust up your meat, leave to marinade then grill!

To curry:

Sweat your onions, garlic and ginger in ghee or oil. Add dust, add passata then blitz in a blender. Fry off yor chicken and just as it's turning brown, spice it up. Get your sauce in the pan, add the chicken, cook, add cream, add butter.
