Chicky Fried - Fried Chicken Coating Shaker

Tubby Tom’s go-to thing to cook for his friends always used to be his homemade fried chicken.

His special blend of flours, spices all together in one shaker.

1. Get your chicken prepped.

2. Whisk some eggs with a dash of hot sauce

3. Get your oil on.

4. Dredge your chicken in dry, wet then dry again.

5. Fry until golden delicious.

6. If you're a fry master, double fry. Take the first fry to about 90%, build a big pile, whack the heat up and finish them all off until you reach crispy climax.
