So many fans of Jess Pryle’s original product, Hardcore Carnivore: Black, loved the taste but found the black color didn’t suit some of their cooks (like pork ribs). You asked, and Jess listened! Hardcore Carnivore: Red has the same understated yet delicious flavour profile as Hardcore Carnivore: Black, but with a vivid all-natural red hue – no artificial colourings here! Unlike many rubs designed for pork, Hardcore Carnivore: Red is not particularly sweet. This allows cooks to customize their own levels of sweetness using honey/brown sugar in wraps, and finishing sauces. Made in Texas using premium quality spices, this rub will fast become a staple in your BBQ and grilling arsenal.
