One of Tubby Tom’s all-time favourite sauces! Sweet, tangy and super rich!

It is his take on a Korean style sauce! He uses amazing Korean chilli, with the smoothest gochujang. Delicious aromatic garlic and ginger with roasted black sesame.

Tubby Tom’s favourite thing is to use it as a marinade, glaze and baste for the grill. Marinade chicken or pork belly before grilling and basting.

It is also fantastic as a stir fry sauce, add near the end to glaze everything up!

Mix with mayo and use as a fried chicken or crispy wing dip.

Get some wings nice and crispy in the air fryer or BBQ then toss in this epic sauce!
