For Tubb Club they revamped their super popular Dragon Salt and twisted it with some smokiness and some ghost chilli.

They also turned it from black to pink, when it melts on to food it gives a pinky glow which rules!!!!

Tubby Tom’s under-the-counter umami seasoning is now available for everyone to enjoy and it’s become one of their best selling products to date. It is a massive hit with their Street food customers too for dusting on their chips, tater tots and fried chicken!

Very low on the heat scale but life changing on the flavour side. Super salty, with a hit of fennel, anise, garlic and blackened with coconut charcoal.

It’s amazing dusted chips as soon as they come out of the oven or fryer – the greasier the better as it’ll stick easier.

It’s also the missing ingredient to all of your fried rice and stir fry dishes. Dust it on fried chicken straight out of the basket. The sky’s the limit.
