DESCRIPTION – This is probably Dizzy Pig BBQ’s most unique offering, and depends on several mid- and far-eastern influences for its special flavour. The sesame seeds give it a buttery mouthfeel and help to build a beautiful crust, and the aromatic spices come through with a well balanced splash of flavour. BEST USED ON – Chicken, duck, seafood and veggies. Dizzy Pig products are ALL NATURAL and contain NO wheat gluten, MSG, peanuts or tree nuts.
