MEXICAN BBQ FIRE FEAST

Join us as we go on a Mexican taco tour with Dan Catford aka Urban Streatery. Known for serving up all manner of taco delights from his street-food style pop-ups, Dan will be showcasing his skills and sharing the basics of how to make your good tacos, great.

You’ll get hands-on with all manner of fire cooking, from Short Ribs to family-style fish tacos and a tutorial of making some of the best salsas, cremas and taco toppings to elevate Taco Tuesdays to another level.

About Dan:
Urban Streatery started life as a taco stall 5 years ago and since has evolved into selling sauces and a dedicated Instagram account. A trained chef for the past 21 years in a multitude of different kitchen environments, now working with all those experiences to cater for small plate and cocktail evenings using live-fire cooking techniques across the south of England.
