Join us to learn the art of cooking with fire in authentic clay ovens.

You’ll spend the afternoon cooking with Marco, Delivita’s chef-ambassador. Of course you can cook amazing pizzas on Delivita ovens but there’s so much more you can cook on them, pizza, fish dishes, vegetable dishes, sear meats and cook juicy, tender cuts and baking. Marco will show you the tricks of the trade to ensure that you can host in style the next time you are cooking in the garden. On this course, not only will you learn, you’ll eat all the delicious food you prepare.

What’s included:
All the meat and food that you cook
Refreshments (Beer, Wine, Soft drinks)
Recipe cards for you to tweak and repeat at home

Menu of the day – Mediterranean Tapas & Mezze Style Feast:
On arrival

• Loaded bruschetta – bruschetta brushed with olive oil and toasted, topped with ricotta and seasonal oven roasted vegetables
Main course
• Fillet steak flagged- Fillet steak served a bed of wild rocket and tomatoes topped with mozzarella and homemade chimichurri
• Tepsi wood fired kebab pot served with spicy spinach yoghurt and handmade flatbread.
Pizza station
• Tear & share doughballs, with garlic and fresh herb butter
• Pizza making – Pizza station for guests to get creative during the session using DeliVita dough.
Dessert
• Charred tangerine glazed with honey, served with vanilla ice cream and chocolate shavings.

About Marco Biasetti:
Growing up on the seaside coast of Emilia Romagna, like most Italians, Marco grew up with two focal points, food and family.

This was where his passion for hunter gathering, seasonal recipes, and cooking with fire began. From hosting families in the French alps, learning to barbeque in the Philippines, mastering an ‘’asado in Argentina, to running a hotel on the little island of Paxos in Greece, Marco spent 10 years travelling, sharing food and making friends before settling in the UK and working with Delivita.

His enthusiasm for the joy of wood-fired cooking and the power of a shared meal is what makes him such a great, authentic ambassador for DeliVita. His enthusiasm is contagious as he travels around the UK and overseas, spreading love for the brand.

Marco lives in Wiltshire with his wife and two children. When he’s not working, he can be found fishing.
