By propping the Dome slightly open in a way that replicates the opening of a traditional brick oven, Big Green Egg Pizza Oven Wedges make quick work of sliding pizzas, flatbreads and other bakes in and out of the EGG.

They also allow you to keep a close eye on your pizzas as they cook.

Authentic tasting pizza

The insulating ceramics of the EGG offer the heat retention needed for even cooking, even when baking multiple pizzas. With the Pizza Oven Wedges in place, the EGG temperature holds where you set it, in a range from 300°C to 400°C.
