The Gourmet BBQ System cooking grate allows you to cook breakfast, simmer stews and prepare a perfectly barbecued pizza.

With improved bowl venting, you can now barbecue and smoke with one barbecue; and features such as the Tuck-Away lid holder and One-Touch cleaning system bring convenience to charcoal barbecuing and everyday life.

Gourmet BBQ System hinged cooking grate

Remove the circular grate insert and replace it with a griddle, poultry roaster,pizza stone or any of the many Gourmet BBQ system inserts (sold separately) to choose from. The hinged grate makes it east to add charcoal while barbecuing

One-Touch Cleaning System

The One-Touch cleaning system provides hassle-free cleanup of charcoal ash debris by sweeping it into a high-capacity, removeable catcher

Tuck-Away Lid Holder

Conveniently slide the lid over the side of the barbecue, tuck it away, to avoid placing it on the ground while barbecuing
