Shop our full range online from the comfort of your sofa and choose the Click and Collect option at the checkout.

Our in-store team will prepare your order and will send you an e-mail to confirm it’s ready. We will do our utmost to prepare all orders placed before 2pm for collection by 5pm same day, Monday – Friday.

To collect your order, please bring your invoice or email message along with some identification i.e. driving licence or bank card to confirm name, to the store. Please do not arrive at the store until we have confirmed your items are ready as your order may not be available to collect.

Orders will be held for 14 days before being cancelled and automatically refunded.

Simply burn them along with your regular charcoal to add a great smoky flavour to your food.
You can use them whether you’re using a smoking or roasting barbecue method, and the natural hickory flavour pairs fantastically with a huge range of delicious foods.

These hickory smoking chips are made from 100% natural wood, with no chemical additives, so they’ll burn cleanly alongside any other Big K charcoal.
For best results, soak the chips in water before use, and add them to the centre of your barbecue.
