Broil King® Narrow Drip Pans

 

These large drip pans are ideal for indirect cooking & flavouring foods.

When cooking indirect place one of these pans on the charcoal grate or Flav-R-Wave of your gas barbecue, allow whatever you are cooking to drip into these trays this will then vaporise back into your food and add flavour.

You can also add juices or other beverages in to the drip pan, this will then allow steam into the barbecue, baste the food & add flavour as well.

The narrow drip pans can be used for roasting numerous items on the grill surface.
