Our in-store team will prepare your order and will send you an e-mail to confirm it’s ready. We will do our utmost to prepare all orders placed before 2pm for collection by 5pm same day, Monday – Friday.

The Limited Edition Off Pro 14″ Placement Peel is part of the Off Black collection representing Gozneys’ mission in changing the way the world cooks. Inspired by the charcoal and fire cooking experience, Off Black represents the rebellious feeling of cooking differently.

The Placement Peel itself was created with advice from top Gozney pizza chefs and is tailored especially for those who wish to make the best pizza possible. Maximum flour dispersion is made possible with a fully perforated blade, which eliminates the possibility of extra flour building up on the pizza’s bottom and burning while it cooks. You can consistently create a flawless circle shape to your dough because of the blade’s rounded form. The aluminium handle’s chiselled construction features slanted edges for a secure grip and a curved underside allows the pizza to slip easily through the hand when being launched.
