Our in-store team will prepare your order and will send you an e-mail to confirm it’s ready. We will do our utmost to prepare all orders placed before 2pm for collection by 5pm same day, Monday – Friday.

To collect your order, please bring your invoice or email message along with some identification i.e. driving licence or bank card to confirm name, to the store. Please do not arrive at the store until we have confirmed your items are ready as your order may not be available to collect.

Orders will be held for 14 days before being cancelled and automatically refunded.

Instead of pouring your briquettes directly on the charcoal grate and then stacking or arranging with tools, simply fill the durable aluminised steel Char-Baskets with fuel for convenient, contained charcoal barbecuing.
