Texas SPG rub is perfect on brisket, but also great on other cuts of beef, pork, chicken, fish, and vegetables. This OBR rub was inspired by Hurricane Harvey, a category 4 hurricane, the second strongest type of hurricane, in 2017 that made landfall in Texas; and the after-disaster relief efforts that helped to feed communities in need.
