Big Swede BBQ Badass Pork Boost will give your pork a perfect balance between sweet and heat.

It is a serious competition grade rub that will have people eating high off the hog and porking out on that delicious swine, whether it is ribs, butts, steaks, chops or a whole hog.

 

Ingredients

 

cane sugar & honey blend powder (cane sugar, honey), salt, smoked paprika, spices including chili pepper, monosodium glutamate, dehydrated garlic, hydrolysed SOY protein, onion powder, MUSTARD seed, extractives of paprika (colour), beef stock, extractives of CELERY, <2% tricalcium phosphate to prevent caking.
