It’s traditionally made with beef flanks, but Cattleman’s Grill’s ‘8 Second Ride’ Carne Asada is a great all-around seasoning for steaks, pork chops, beef and pork roasts, seafood, buffalo, shrimp, soups, pizza, pasta, vegetables, added to fried chicken batter or adding a kick to just about any Southwestern or Mexican recipe… whenever and wherever you want to take your tastebuds for a wild ride!
