This sweet and savory injection is perfect for backyard BBQ and competition butts and ribs. Our injection complements the natural flavor of pork and enhances tenderness and moisture for the perfect bite every time. Mixes easily with water or fruit juice with no clumping or caking.

MSG Free

Instructions – Mix 1/3 to 1/2 cup injection mix with 16 ounces of water or fruit juice such as apple or white grape juice. Mix thoroughly until dissolved and inject as desired. Package contains enough for 6-8 butts. Also, try using as a brine to enhance the moisture and flavor of any cut of pork. Mix up to 1 cup with up to 64 ounces of liquid. Combine with water, fruit juice, or broth and mix thoroughly until dissolved. Soak 2-4 hours for smaller cuts (chops and ribs) and 4-6 hours for larger cuts (tenderloin and whole loin). Adjust to personal taste as desired.
