Award-winning ‘Bovine Bold’ rub is perfect for chicken, pork, beef, and pretty much anything!

It is the ground beef seasoning of choice. During the 14 months it took to create the final formula, all Plowboys BBQ cooked with ‘Bovine Bold’ rub was brisket. It wasn’t until after it was on the shelves that they learned what a great ground beef rub it is.

Try it in meat loaf, tacos, and especially Cottage Pie, but ‘Bovine Bold’ may have found its ultimate calling in Bolognese sauce.

A little ground beef, veal, tomato and ‘Bovine Bold’ rub makes an excellent dish.

salt, brown sugar, spices including chili pepper, paprika, dehydrated garlic & onion, Worcestershire sauce (vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, salt, caramel colour, garlic, sucrose, spices, tamarind, natural flavour, maltodextrin), CELERY seed, sugar, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, turmeric (colour), extractives of paprika (colour), not more than 2% calcium stearate to prevent caking.
