Smokey BBQ – Magical Tex Mex Seasoning

 

Have you ever wanted to make your food taste like BBQ?

Slap it all over your meat & marinade before cooking, dust on your wedges or take a dip straight out of the pot for instant hit.

Sweet and smoky it’s ideal for wings, ribs and drummers!

 

For grilling:

Dust up your meat the day before, let the flavour mingle. Then slap it on a flaming hot grill & it’ll be pure pleasure.

Try with wings, chicken legs, pork belly, ribs, everything!

For oven cooking:

You will want to bake the meat – slap it all over with a dash of oil. Cook at 180 degrees with foil over the top, then near the end of the cooking rip the foil off and turn heat up to 200 to get a bit of a crisp on top but watch it doesn’t burn.

Try with chicken breast, thighs, legs, wings, and everything!

For dusting/seasoning:

Cook your chips or wedges or popcorn before dusting with this magical powder. Also try adding to chilli con carne for BBQ times, or use as a fajita dust!
