To collect your order, please bring your invoice or email message along with some identification i.e. driving licence or bank card to confirm name, to the store. Please do not arrive at the store until we have confirmed your items are ready as your order may not be available to collect.

Deep South Cajun Dust – A blend of spices, salt and sugar to add bombastic, jazzy flavours from the deep south with creole influences, inspired by barbecue, grill and slow cooking.
Great with pork, chicken, fish, shrimp & racoon!

 

Cooking Instructions:

Lovingly mix a plentiful quantity of rub (approx 5-10% by weight) with oil to form a paste.

Rub me into your meat or vegetables to marinade all-night lo-ong!
